The hotel's reception is open between 7.30 AM and 9 PM on weekdays, and 7.30 AM and 10 PM on weekends.

Please note:
The residence's reception is open at the following times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, between 9.30 AM and noon and 3 PM to 7 PM; Saturday, between 9 AM and 11 AM and 1 PM and 8 PM. Closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (guests should content the hotel in advance to check-in on these days). Check-in between 3.30 PM and 6.30 PM.
