Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday 8 AM to noon and 2 PM to 8 PM, Saturday 8 PM to 10 PM.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
For short stays, keys may be picked up after 2 PM within reception opening hours; they must be returned by noon on the day of departure.
Please note:
Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.

Summer reception opening hours: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM. Arrival and departure days: 8 AM to noon and 4 PM to 8 PM.
Winter reception opening hours: Every day 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 7 PM.
