Reception opening hours: 9 AM to noon and from 5 PM to 8 PM. These opening times can vary depending on winter or summer season. Generally, the reception is closed on Wednesday.
Please note: For short and weekly stays, on arrival day, chalet keys can only be collected from 5 PM to 8 PM. Check out must be made before 10 AM on departure day. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Towels, sheets, televisions, baby cots, baby chairs, firewood (if the establishment provides this service), are not provided free of charge. They may be available and can be requested at the time of booking, and can be hired locally. Other additional charge such as for pets, parking, etc., fees may apply and are payable locally. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in (extra fees may apply to confirm these special requests).
Chalets do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all chalets should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the establishment which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.
A small resort fee (taxe de séjour) is payable per person per day, paid locally to the reception. A damage deposit is payable per chalet (by cheque or credit card number only) and is returned to the guest 14 days after the departure day.

Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM and must be returned by 10 AM on day of departure. For short stays, keys can be collected after 10 AM on Sundays to Fridays, and after 2 PM on Saturdays; they must be returned by noon on the day of departure. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
