Reception opening hours during winter season: 24 hours. On arrival day, room keys can only be collected from 5 PM to 8 PM. Check out must be made before 10 AM on departure day. Please notify the hotel directly if you will be arriving before or after check-in time.

Some additional services are not provided free of charge (animal, parking, safes). They may be available and can be requested at the time of booking, and are payable locally. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in (extra fees may apply to confirm these special requests). Supplements for half board services over the Christmas and New Year period are included in the rates. During summer season, only breakfast is included in the room rate.

A small resort fee (taxe de séjour) is payable per person per day, paid locally to the hotel reception. A damage deposit is payable per room (by cheque or credit card number only) and is returned to the guest 14 days after the departure day.

Extra person charges may apply depending on hotel policy.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.
