Getting there: The RER line B rapid train service connects the airport with central Paris. Line B3 (Roissyrail) runs from the station at Terminal 2 to Gare du Nord, Chatelet les Halles, St Michel, and Denfert-Rochereau, for connections to the Metro. A single ticket costs €7.85, and the journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Roissybus shuttle serves all three terminals and runs to Place de l’Opera. Buses run every 15 minutes and a single ticket costs approximately €8. Air France shuttle buses stop next to the Arc de Triomphe. Prices are subject to change.
Driving directions: From the airport, take the A1 in the direction of Paris. Take the West Peripherique and exit for Porte de Clichy. Take Avenue de Clichy in the direction of Place de Clichy. At Place de Clichy, take Boulevard de Clichy for the hotel.
Getting around: Paris is best explored on foot or using the fast, cheap and reliable Metro (underground) which traverses the city and its suburbs. Buses are a good way to see the city from above ground. Tickets can be bought on board buses or from machines in Metro stations and must be validated upon boarding. The RER regional train service connects the city with the surrounding area. Taxis can be hailed in the street but are hard to find at peak times and booking in advance in recommended.
