Reception opening hours: 10 AM to noon and 4 PM to 7 PM.
Please note:
Room keys can only be collected on Saturday between 5 PM – 8 PM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
Televisions and towels are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally. Bed linen is included.

Bed linen is not included in the rates and can be hired locally. Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.

Reception is open 9 AM – Noon and 4.30 PM – 7.30 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 8 AM – Noon and 4 PM – 8 PM on Saturdays; and 9 AM - Noon on Sundays. Reception is closed on Wednesdays. Guests intending to arrive outside these hours must contact the residence prior to arrival to schedule alternate check-in procedures. The hotel contact information will appear in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
